This project was successfully completed with funding from LëvizAlbania and implemented by the informal group Grupi Sekret. Its primary objective was to raise public and institutional awareness regarding the sole bus line connecting Old Sauk with the center of Tirana. Despite its proximity of only five kilometers from the city center, the route is served by just one bus per hour, presenting a significant challenge for local residents.

Driven by a strong commitment to improving this situation, three young women led the initiative by mobilizing public engagement through social media campaigns, online and field surveys, appearances on local television, and collaboration with other civil society organizations. The group succeeded in gathering a substantial number of volunteers, whose collective support helped amplify the message and ensure broader visibility for the cause.

One of the most demanding aspects of the project was the development of the conceptual design and narrative. A critical challenge was to communicate the core message clearly and effectively within the first 20 seconds of the video content, before audience attention was lost. In an era defined by rapid content consumption and constant social media scrolling, conveying a precise and impactful message at the right moment required careful planning, clarity of storytelling, and disciplined execution.
